Historical Significance
Surrealist Dream incorporates the fragmentation tool, which was designed in APE (animation production environment) at the Ohio Supercomputer Center by Steve Anderson. At that time, Csuri directed graphics work in this environment. The colormix tool, also used in Surrealist Dream, was designed by Steve May and is part of Csuris AL software. Csuri continues to use AL for much of his work.
